This is a continuation of Florida Vacation Pics, 2008 part 1Ellie and Coop trying to cool off while at Seaworld.
A picture with Shamu, right before the show.

The kids while watching the Shamu show. It was a very HOT day.

Dallas on the plane ride home

Is he precious or what??? Coop all tuckered out from a wonderful vacation in Orlando Florida. This is the plane ride home.

If I had been blogging in 2008, Our Florida Vacation

I am going to take you back to 2008. I could not resist to share some of my favorite photos of our family vacation when we went to Florida last year. It is still Jackson's favorite location of all destinations up to this point. It was a wonderful time. Enjoy the pics. This is the kids as we were walking to our beach spot on one of the beautiful beaches in Sarasota Florida. It was one of my favorite days. The water was beautiful, the waves were gentle, and it didn't feel too crowded.
The kids when we were at Discovery Cove. This was the Dolphin cove area where Dallas, Jackson, and I all swam with a dolphin named Roxie. Ellie and Cooper were still too little. Discovery Cove was incredible. They only allowed 1000 people in the park per day. All of the food was all inclusive. There was an area you could snorkel with all of the beautiful fish, and stingray, and an area where you could swim down and look a barracuda right in the face. This was Jackson's favorite part of the vacation. There was also an area with a freshwater beach, Ellie's fav. The area where all of the tropical birds flew free, was also very interesting.

Cooper and Ellie enjoying beautiful Sarasota Beach.
Dallas one evening when we were having dinner at the Rainforest Cafe in Downtown Disney Marketplace.
Ellie posing with Mr. Potatoe head. Downtown Disney.

When we went to Seaworld, we ate at the Shark Grill. Our table was this close to the shark. It was an interesting, and educational meal.

The boys outside of Hard Rock cafe.

At Discovery Cove, the birds loved Jackson. Most of the people were carrying around bird seed trying to get birds to get close to them, Jackson was lucky I guess. They just flew to him more than once and preferred his head. It was exciting!!
Dallas in her Scuba gear at the "cove"

Jackson wearing the same.

Ellie going down the waterslide at the new Aquatica waterpark in Orlando Florida.

Jackson watching the Commerson Dolphins while we were at the waterpark.

Football Friday....The Lakers!!!

It's that time of year again, Football Friday. The Camdenton Lakers home opener was against Springfield Kickapoo. Ironically enough, Uncle Frank now coaches for them, yes,, the opposing team. I am proud to report that Camdenton did win, but it was a close game. (I can't remember the score, but it was close.) so Frank be proud. Your Chiefs did a great job. Camdenton always brings a huge crowd for football games. It's always so much fun for all.....especially the kids.
Cooper D. Lookin' kinda sweaty. Most of the kids run their little hearts out during the games.

Jackson taking a break to enjoy the game.
Dallas with her "purple" hair showing lots of team spirit.

Aunt Natalie and Ellie eating some cupcakes that Nat made.

The happy couple with little Ellie after the game. Frank seems to be wearing the wrong color.

This is what happens after a Laker game. All the "little Lakers" storm the field, pretending to be competing in a game of their own. My 2 boys are no doubt, part of the group.

Beautiful Big Island

We do live in a beautiful area. As busy as we get sometimes, I am sure we all take for granted the awesome scenery with all of the rolling hills, and beautiful water. This is just a few pics from our neighborhood. This is a view from the back side of Big Island. Easily seen, just driving down the street.
Just down the road from my house, looking out across the lake.

This is a picture of the view that we see every day, leaving, and coming home. This is as you go across the causeway. It really is amazing!

another picture as you are going across the causeway.

This is also the causeway, but this just shows how close you are to the water as you drive across.

Super 7 once again

As the kids and I were enjoying the day going around Big Island in the golf cart, we bumped in to the Shore Kids. They decided to go along with us. Bet ya didn't know that a golf cart could hold 8 people and 2 dogs, did ya? Then Anut Steph decided to take advantage of the super 7 in a photo shoot.Starting on the left, with Dallas, they are once again in birthing order. every other one is an Ezard. STINKIN' CUTE. I must say that I am kinda proud of myself.
We just borrowed our neighbors back yard for this one. And yes, they can all fit.

See, proof. They are all on minus me, but I can squeeeze.

and here comes Moby. Great example of what I was talking about on an earlier blog about Moby Shore. He will not be left behind.

The decision to be baptized.

This morning at church, Dallas made the decision to go forward in front of the congregation, and share her love for the lord and her interest in being baptized. This was one of my and Travis's proudest moments as parents. She truly is just as pretty on the inside, as she is on the outside.Dallas loves Jesus and all of her family, especially her momma. Definitely a momma's girl!!! She is a pleaser, a deep thinker, very smart, with all A's in school, and pretty laid back. She's been that way since the day she was born. She is very athletic and loves basketball. I am so excited for her future and what God is going to do.This is my niece Sophie with Dallas in church this morning. She has also went forward, to share her love of the Lord, and her desire to be baptized. We are all so proud of her too. I am so glad these girls have each other as they go through school, and just their lives. God gave them a great gift when he gave them each other. They are really GOOD GIRLS! Here are my beautiful boys. Jackson and Coop are both saved, and Jackson is thinking about being baptized with the girls. I think Coop probably needs to be a little older. I would like for him to have a deeper understanding. I think the big glorious day is going to be on September 20th. So for all of you family reading this, Stacy and I want all of you to be a part of this. We will plan a big lunch after church.

Ellie Grace, just taking it all in. I am so glad that she has such strong role models in her life with Dallas and Sophie, and all the rest.

a few more of my favorites, part 3

Isn't he precious?? Believe me, the most precious when he is sleeping!! Boy do I love that lil dude. He is always into something, and loves to cause a stir. He is so stinkin special! He is either being really good, or getting into trouble, and sitting on the rug, which happens more frequently.
Big sister Dallas holding little sister Ellie at Fort Pulaski in Georgia. As you can tell, Ellie was not impressed. She really is asleep in this picture, if she weren't she would never let her sister carry her.

Cooper in his shades, getting ready to go on a ride, back home. Travis and I have nicknamed him "Hollywood". We both believe that if we lived in L.A. he would have an agent, be a child star and make millions. He really is Mr. Personality.

Dallas going on a bike ride on Tybee Island.

Jackson and Ellie holding some sharks. Take a close look at Cooper in the back ground, his fingers are inside the sharks mouth.

some favorite pics of the summer part 2

just a few more pics that are some of my fav's.Dallas on the Tybee pier eating ice cream

summer favorite pictures part 1

There are so many pictures of the entire summer that I love so much, so I am going to share some of my favorites. Get ready there are lots. This is Cooper on Tybee at a pier that we went to. The shrimp boats would come in and all of these dolphins would follow due to all of the scrap that is discarded. As the men on the boat sift through, trying to find shrimp, they also catch things like this hammer head shark that Cooper is holding. This was such a neat experience for all of the kids, and absolutely free. They also got to hold stingrays, ocean crabs, and many different species of sharks.
Cousins, Sophie and Dallas on vacation.

Dallas holding cousin Bear.

Ellie Back home on Big Island getting ready to go on a jet ski ride.

The kids playing around on the beach for that perfect picture for mom.
